yes banana definitly increases the wieght of body..try to drink 2 glasses of banana shake daily..

You dont have to eat 1 KG of banana.
Just before sleeping in the night, eat one or two bananas and drink a glass of milk. Do this for 15 days and see, this will increase the weight by 1 KG, for most of the people.(90%).

Once upon a time, I was also very skinny and so needed to gain some weight. I gained around 5kgs by drinking banana shake. Try having the ratio of banana more in banana shake than regular shakes. The more the banana, the more weight you gain. You can also try putting honey in it instead of sugar.. honey is highly calorific. Also, try high fat content milk.

I'm not sure about that, but when I asked my brother about the banana, low-fat milkshakes I was drinking, he told me to stay away from bananas since they will make me gain weight, which I don't want to do. So, I'm assuming that bananas do put on the pounds.

bananas are low-fat and fairly low in calories. They won't help you gain weight all by themselves. They are very nutritious and good for you.
