Of course.He is the best.A real National Hero.He is not only Italian,but is perfect (like me).Philly is a great place.Rocky Balboa the American hero around the world.Does any one have Rocky...I guess not.Go for it government we need the statue..

They did. It was on the steps of the Philadelphia art museum for a while. Not sure where it is now.
