I would recommend doing research by reading magazines and books. Everybody's body is different so what your body reacts to mine may not react to at all (and vise versa).

Knowing your body is the key to good health.

Get into a routine of exercising and diet. Then you will be able to change your diet or exercise based on how your body is shaping up.

It may take a little bit for you to notice results. Just stick with it and you will start to see a difference.

increase your protein and carb intake and decrease your workout time,and superset your workout so you will gain muscle mass
