AVG by grisoft and Panda make antivirus software. Symantec and McAfee are still in beta, and it looks like the first releases are for business customers. Microsoft is trying to say you won't need antivirus, that's how secure vista is. i don't believe it, but.... Microsoft is also making it hard for antivirus companies because of the secrecy surrounding the new operating system. If you already have vista, you are going to want to tweak it's firewall, as from what I've read, it is only going to stop inbound threats by default, because companies were complaining about it's outbound protection.

At the moment very few are fully compatible. Microsoft dragged their heals in giving the information to anti virus vendors to allow them to integrate their products in to vista so the products are still in development.
