A girl I was with recently had to leave to go see an ex because his dad died and they were close. I got upset and I called this bartender chick that I knew and she came over and we had sex. Should I feel like I did something wrong? I thought she was wrong to leave to see her ex.

She didn't "leave" you, she went over to visit him during a crisis. She's doing someone a kindness, you're being a scumbag

I can see where people would say that you are wrong for what you did... and that you cheated on her. HOWEVER, I can also see you point of view. When my ex's grandfather died, I went to his funeral. I could see that my going really hurt my then girlfriend, even though I wasn't going there to do anything but pay my last respects. However, Funerals are very emotional times when not only girls, but guys too may be caught up in the moment. She did not intentionally go to hurt you... or to cheat on you... but going to emotionally charged events like that can re-kindle old feelings, especially when people start talking about the past.
I do see where you are coming from that you were in a no win situation. If you show no problems with her going, you put yourself into a vulnerable state. If you show her that you have/had a problem with it, you become the asshole who is too controlling.
With all this said, if I were in that situation, I would have not slept with another girl... I would have maybe gone drinking with the boys or even gone to a nudie bar that day. The fact that you are asking this tells me that deep down inside, you do feel that you did something wrong. It's a judgment call on your part, whether you bury it and try to forget about it, or if you tell her and see what happens from there. Morally, I think you should tell her.... otherwise, it may fester and continue to cause you moral dilemmas. Best of luck with an unfortunate situation.

You have to ask? Yes, it was wrong. Jealousy is never an excuse to go out looking to someone else for sex. No matter what you're angry dirty little mind is thinking, she didn't go to see her ex in order to have sex with him. Your ,"moral" dilemma now is "to tell, or not to tell"....if it's something that will not happen again & you can control your self then I'd say don't tell her, honesty in this department is not always the best policy, you'd only be telling her to get it off your chest. But if jealousy is a real problem with you & that's how you deal with it or you feel that you can't deal with it, you'd better tell her right away so the 2 of you can work through it or move past it.

Yes, if you and that girl are suppossed to be together than you did something wrong! You cheated on her...she only went to comfort her ex because his dad died...it's not like she's going to go have sex with him....i'm sure her ex is devistated and needed some friends....she probably would've never left if her ex's dad wouldn't have died, she was only being a friend to him!

Listen if she is best friends with her ex she went there to make sure he was OK she didn't leave you and you having sex with someone else yes was wrong next time talk to the girl before you go sleeping with someone else HUGS

Losing a parent can be devastating. You were immature to do what you did.
It was inconsiderate, because you don't know what kind of relationship she had with his dad.
You were being judgemental and you need to grow up.

Yes, it was wrong, because his Dad passed away. She didn't go to see him, she went out of respect for the Dad.
