I would say it is a combination of the two. My faith has served me well and my intellect helps me serve God through all of the knowledge that has been given to me. I use the talents that God has given me to serve him, do his will, and bring God glory...

All three. Sometimes just intellect, sometimes just faith, sometimes a combination of the two. Also, hope and love have helped, as well.

Honestly, when I saw your question before the sub-question...my answer was going to be 'shoes.'

I have to honestly tell you that what has served me best in my life is the Lord Jesus, that being my faith. I cannot say intellect because if it wasn't for the Lord I would know nothing. And if it wasn't for His love I would be nothing. That's as honest as I can get.

Definitely a combination of both. Without faith I would not have had the confidence to use my intellect to search for truth. This search has led me to 3 degrees in geoscience and to a profound faith in God as the ultimate creator.

The combination of the two. Intellect has given me curiousity and th ability to learn, faith has given me the humility that let's me be taught.

A combination of both. Faith without reason is no faith at all. The good Lord created us with reason and skills ... we need to use those divine gifts that were given us.

The Religious right, and other extremists of every religion are an example of "faith" perverted as it is, without reason. They are the whores you find in every world religion.

Intellect has always served me very well. Though I'm not going to dimiss faith, now that I've found something I can truly say I believe in.
