The healthy margin per week to lose weight is 2 lbs per week. But depending on your current size, you may lose more if you stick to a healthy eating plan and do at least 30 mins of exercise daily. Everybody has different rates of metabolism and some people may have a hard time losing just 2 lbs a week while others may find that they lose more. If you stick to that plan, it is very possible to lose 80 lbs in 12 months. However, keep in mind that your rate of weight loss may not match others, but by no means let this be a discouragement. Eating healthy and taking care of yourself should be a lifetime commitment and adding time restrictions to weight loss can help lead to failure. Also, if you are doing weightlifting/strength training, please be aware that you could gain muscle weight and this will be reflected in the scales.

Many people ask me how they can slim down. I recommend that people eat right and exercise. However, if they would like a little "help", I suggest using natural Hoodia (it's important to note that not all Hoodia works well, even if the bottle says "pure" or "standard").
The Hoodia sold at http://tinyurl.com/y389on is in my opinion the best Hoodia on the market. It's pure, has no side effects, and they give you a free 15 day sample (there is a $7.99 shipping and handling charge, but they also give you free recipe and diet guides). Fantastic results have been seen with this particular Hoodia.

Of course it is and its safe as well . According to my research cause I am trying to lose weight. I have discovered that Its Medically safe to lose 1 to 2 pounds a week in deiting according to www.webmd.com and you could do it by using the slim fast diet or rough 6 small meals a day but the true key is burn more calories than you take in daily. I am doing it and Im on day 2 of this I plan on losing 2 pounds by the end of this week.. and Im happy to do so. its like a game im playing. so good luck and keep me posted...

Depends on ho heavy you are now. The more you weigh the easier it is to lost that in a year. But if you are overweight it is very possible. Eat veggies, fruits low fat low cal everything and go cardio (at least 30-40 min) and weights 5 days a week.

yes remember the first 10 is water weight as well and it will flexuate a lot too so keep on it and fidget can help burn calories, loosing weight starts out fast then can go into a limbo which will mean you need to adjust your food intake lower to loose more weight. just dont give up nad do some weight lifting and even get some ankle and wrist weights to help while at work so your constantly moving, you can do this!
