I do. What do I like about it? It's cheap and I can talk for as long as I want to many different countries. I can retrieve my voicemail on the internet. I can even take the adapter with me when I travel overseas and use it anywhere there's an internet connection to have my phone number and plan come with me.
What don't I like about it? It's only as good as your internet connection. That's not Vonage's fault, but it will put your connection to the test. Before I had Vonage, I thought my cable internet connection was fine. It wasn't. It took 5 visits from a tech, my entire coax cable from the road to the house replaced, and a new cable modem before it worked good. Otherwise you'll get drop outs, periods where you can hear them but they can't hear you, robotic sounds, dropped calls, etc. Also, my cable modem has the wireless router built into it. This is kind of a no-no with Vonage. Vonage's telephone adapter has technology built into it that makes your telephone's internet traffic pre-empt anything else on the line so that your calls never drop out due to traffic. It's meant to go between your modem and your computer. Since the cable modem has the wireless built in, all my computers using wireless don't get pre-empted so I can download a big file and it messes up the phone. I've adjusted my bandwidth settings on those computers and the vonage adapter and it will suffice but I really should buy an external wireless router to be used with a normal cable modem instead. If you still want to sign up, I can give you a referral and we both get a free month of service ;-) Email me if you're interested.

Had it for over a year and have incurred no problems. Works great over fiber.(Verizon FIOS) and is cheaper than Verizon.
