usually when i like a guy I'm really quiet until I really get to know him. Then its not a problem. But some people are just the opposite. So yes she could be talking more because she likes you.

Some do I think but some don't. I personally was always to shy to talk to a guy I liked but the ones who do so it's possible that she likes you.

sometimes, they usually get nervous and either talk a ton or not at all. or it maybe she is like a friend of mine who never shuts up and talks super fast in any situation.
