An awful lot of Christians believe that all biologists and scientists are wrong, period. As evidence they point to the Bible.

Sigh.

(Ha, Satan makes biologists. I like that. I smell a best answer.)

Biologists answer all your questions about life? How's that working out for you? Sounds cold, lonely, and boring. You're more interested in the how and don't care a thing for the why. I pray things like love, compassion, and community start to make a difference in your life. I'm guessing biologists won't be half as impressive after that.

May God bless you.

Biology isnt a science of the paranormal or the supernatural, nor of the spirit world. but i did hear a scientist talk about the beginning of understanding where biology and spirit can be proven and connected.
If you want to ask about spirit life, you cant ask a biologist because for the most part They dont have the knowledge yet.
i think what you are seeing is NOT common sense but a lack of faith and a personal Bias.

a million) Is a christian telling a biologist that evolution isn't real, like telling a mechanic that engines do no longer exist? The analogy isn't completely off-component - yet there is an significant distinction: the belief of species evolution maintains to be theoretical; the existence of engines has been firmly known or "proved". 2) Is telling the tens of 1000's of biologists, geologists (of which i'm one), virologists, palaeontologists, zoologists, scientific psychologists, and so on, that use evolutionary thought on a daily basis as area of their jobs that evolution isn't real, like telling a mechanic that engines do no longer exist. If that's a real fact, you should be **very properly conscious** that no remember if or no longer the belief of species evolution is precise does not influence the type you employ of it. Why? because of the fact we don't **understand** no remember if it is precise. it relatively is: you **do no longer** ought to have faith in a scientific thought to make the main of that concept, and - strictly conversing - a scientist **ought to** no longer have faith in a thought. a scientific thought is a partly-demonstrated sort that aids human beings in those and different initiatives: a - devise new scientific theories b - layout new scientific experiments c - invent new technologies d - interpret archives no remember if or no longer you have faith interior the a particular scientific thought, that concept can furnish help to interior the overall performance of all of those initiatives. certainly: no remember if or no longer that scientific thought is precise, it could **nonetheless** furnish help to interior the overall performance of all of those initiatives. end: you illogically (and unscientifically) equate "application" with "accuracy". purely because of the fact the belief of species evolution is functional does no longer advise that it is precise. - Jim, Bach Sci Physics 1989

actually theres not alot biology can do outright to disprove the existance of a god or gods. Evolution doesnt disprove wheter or not there is a god actually. it just disproves the view of creation held by most Christians. what does biology tells us for example about the causes of the big bang?
incidently theres a lot of top biologists that arent athiests. not that that proves or disproves anything.

All the top biologists once believed in phrenology too. Does that mean you want a hole drilled in your head to relieve your headaches? An argument from authority, rather than from facts, is no logical argument at all (stick to facts--you certainly have some on your side).

Ever heard the term "MISSING LINK?" We did not come out of the seas and we haven't evolved from apes. We were created in the image of God! His name amoung other names is Jesus!!! These biologists only see in tangible means. . .can we see the wind? Don't trust in common sense, seek higher. . .

They cannot explain how life started can they? They cannot create life from nothing. If they ever achieve this then your "common sense" might have some validity. By the way I believe in both one God and the process of evolution.

That tells me that they can't see the miracle of the human body for all the cells.

So you are telling me that a man, who is finite, knows more than/better than an Infinite Being.

When I see Him, I will ask Him who is right.
