A b*tch is a triflin female/male that is just not worth respecting, don't give them a time of day, they are always starting stuff, it's not worth the time. But a hoe is a female/male that has sex with a lot of people. That's basically it, a hoe doesn't want to be tied down in a relationship.

just the spelling. i have an open mind sexually, and my thoughts are this. i don't think of any woman as a hoe or slut, even if she sleps with a different guy every night. as long as she is being responsible, safe, and doing it of her own free will, and not cheating on someone, then all i consider that person to be is sexually active and doing something she enjoys and brings her pleasure......no different than drinking a beer, smoking a doob, masturbating, taking a walk, or anything else that makes you happy. and would i be in a relationship with a girl who's been around? of course! just think of all the experience she brings to ME, in MY bed. as long as does not break my trust, all is good. my woman is completely faithful to me, yet she's been around alot in between relationships. so what? people need to get off the idea that sex is bad. it is just sex! it is just a hole! it won't break! no one gets chastised for doing other things that make them happy...so why sex?!!! amen.

Well there really isn't much of a difference but i know that one is really annoying and the other is nasty...mostly they are the same cuz you can make them do whatever you want and they'll do it...
