Age is only "just a number" past a certain point. I think that point is somewhere in your early 20s.
Yeah I'd still talk to her. Hell, we might even hit off a healthy sexual relationship. Statutory is one of those "don't ask don't tell" things - as long as you're keeping it on the downlow, it's perfectly fine. It's not like you are running around molesting little kids or anything.

I know someone that was 22 and was dating an 18 yr old. He ended up in jail. The chic got mad and the mom pressed charges. A year later he is now out. I think you should stop. If it's just talking then fine. But nothing more. Don't even be seen too much in public together unless it's school. Sorry. The law stands firm on this one.

I would still talk to her but i wouldn't pursue a relationship with her once i knew she was 16 whether i was trying before or not, so the conversation would change a little.

i am over 30, and i would still talk to her....if it were legal. my first wife was almost 17 and i was 23. we were together for 12 years, then she turned out to be a slut. oh, well.
