Well, if you are the girl asking this question, i am sorry to say that i doubt the thoughts of Dr. Mike.
I have seen people who try to avoid continuing a relationship by saying that they feel guilty.
Dr. Mike himself knows that there is nothing to be guilty about if he is builing a healthy relationship with a patient. But i doubt about the healthiness of the mind of Dr. Mike.
So, if you are the girl, be carefull.
