Your priorities are all wrong... List them like this:
Friendship: Her best friend, someone she can talk to about anything and never feel judged and always feel supported...
Laughter : Someone that will make her laugh/that she can laugh with. Girls need to feel happy...laughter gives them that... No one wants a serious dull person... You don't need to be a comedian... Just be yourself...
Love: She needs to feel like she is the only woman in her man's eyes. That she is loved without boundaries... She needs security (faithfulness and commitment), nurturing, and romance.
Sexual: Well, this is a toughy... She wants romance, passion, intensity, and excitement... The rest will depend on personality... I'll leave that one for you to discover on your own... Every woman is different...

sexual - important but you'd prefer to not have anything sexual than to not have any love. sexual desires are an extra to love etc
love - every girl wants to be truly loved but only with the right guy, you don't just want to settle for anyone...you choose the best
friendship - being best friends with your boyfriend/husband is really important but usually comes with love if not before
laughter - it's great to be able to laugh together and makes your time together that much better, but you have to be serious too otherwise some problems never get sorted

every girl is different. but we all desire someone we can trust and get along with. someone who we feel comfortable being ourselfs with. I love someone with a good sense of humor, because who doesnt like to laugh. I want a lover and a friend. Sexually he has to be able to satisfy me or at least learn to. i dont know if this is the type of answer you're looking for.....but i can go on and on.

Sexual-wait until she's ready
Love-uncoinditinal,love her even when people are lying or hating on her
Friendship-knowing there's always someone who cares.
Laughter-someone who can make her laugh even when she's already cryin. Someone who can turn a akward moment into something she'll never forget.

Depends on the girl...
here's my desires..
sexual.... man needs to have a sexual side that is very alive, creative, and fun... (no pre-marital hunky junky though).
Love...Man needs to tell me every single day that he loves me (if he feels like that) and he better show me in every way.. even when arguments arise.. love can be shown!!
friendship... sure i want a friend.. someone that i can talk to without upsetting them with everything i say.
laughter is sooo important! i love to laugh and i love when people make me laugh.. i admit i have fake laughed many many times because i want to think something is funny.. but it 's not!

It all depends on the girl. Most like romance. It makes them feel special. You know, open doors for them, etc. Laughter is always good so is friendship. But for anyone to answer specifically, they would have to know the girl.
