Ricardo i have respect for what your doing but you must feel frustrated that you are being used as a pawn in a phoney war against an enemy that doesnt really exist . so that the real people in power 'the oil corporations' can continue to make vast profits' Dont give me this **** about no innocent people get killed. also when i say innocent i am also referring to US and Uk soldiers manipulated into fighting a war for oil and power may i remind you that saddam has NO links with Al queda . and also if you need to fixate on my spelling people you really are sad.

From the earliest times all over the world when war is raged civilians will be caught up in the carnage. Just look at the history of any war and there will be civilian deaths. So you should not ask whether its right or wrong to kill civilians in war as it is inevitable. The question is was the government right to go to war in the first place.
By the way I am no beefed-up Army dick but I am sure you will have a go at anyone whose answer you disagree with anyway.

Did you know that the terrorists are also killing innocent civilians... their own people? And how soon you have forgotten the september 11th attaks, those peole were also inocent civilians, this act required some serious retaliation. The terrorists got what they deserved. Whats the difference if you go up to a random man and shoot him in cold blood for no reason? Well you are not in the middle of a combat zone, and im sure there was no reason for you to kill this man.
If you seriously cant figure out the difference i feel very bad for you.

I find it very sad that you are so narrow minded as to see ALL people killed during an air strike as innocent. I have worked out in Afghanistan and Iraq and can assure you innocent civilians are not targeted. I myself have called in JDAMs and every strike was on a legitimate target. There will always be mistakes but the key for me is that there is no intention to kill civilians. The same is true out in Somalia now.
I am afraid that al qaeda offer no such courtesy to innocent civilians. Just look at the Twin Towers or the July 7th bombings and try to justify that action against innocent civilians. The way that al queda choose to interpret their religion is evil, there is no other word for it.
I would suggest you grow up a little and go and experience life before you make such ignorant statements.
Your English is also abysmal, when you call people such as myself a "beefed up army dick . . ." and say "your boring" You actually mean you're boring ie You are boring. Ask your English teacher when you get to school tomorrow.

No beefed up army dicks? I guess i should not answer, but i will anyway. They do not intend to drop the bombs on civilian targets, but when the enemy hides in mosques, hospitals and in crowded markets, hiding behind women and children, sometimes there will be collateral damage. Look at the shiite death squads and the sunni militias, they kill innocent civilians by the thousands, sometimes execution style, and than they party in the streets. Who is the criminal you ask? No one is innocent in war, either side, but we live by laws and follow a code of honor, these terrorists follow nothing but a crazy religion.

well, if you shoot somebody for self defense, it's considered a plausible reason to take somebody else's life- that is in a court of law. Similar principle being abused by the self appointed super powers. A hungry somalian is a threat to the great USA because he is al kaida...yep. This is the great logic of the so called civilized nations.

i haven't seen any cases of the UK or US governments dropping bombs on innocent civilians. i'm sure if it happened, we'd still be hearing the screaming about it.
QUOTE: Leafyqueen are you for real ? turn on the news dick head
yes i'm for real you idiot. and i want you to remember what you said about terrorism and all that. remember it well, because one day you may find yourself in a crowded mall with some terrorists and we'll see who you think is innocent then. and you can remember how you were warned repeatedly but thought you were so smart.
RICARDO: THANK YOU. for your service and your comments.

War precents a differant set of rules and laws, even in the Bible, if it was God's will the Jews were allowed to kill everyone, including cattle and leave nothing alive. If you are talking about bombing Iraq...Some of those Muslim women carry weapons in their berka outfits and little children have been known to go inform their village if they found a foxhole of soldiers hiding, just because the soldiers dod not want to kill the child, being that she was a child. ten years active duty, six years reserves. War is hell.

Its called guilt by association.
When a truly Innocent civilian is killed for no reason, charges are filed and the soldier is tried for murder.

The last time I checked; the terrorist were not wearing uniforms.
And yes some of the "civilians" do provide aid and comfort to the terrorist and put themselves and their families in danger.
Stop believing everything the media tells you, Lemming.
