First of all, there aren't any polar bears in Antarctica. They only live in the northern hemisphere near the Arctic.
But you are right, this is a serious problem. I don't think that having 3 polar bears in a zoo is a good indicator, but the situation in the wild is serious. The polar bears are not just drowning, but also starving to death because they cannot find good ice to hunt on. I agree that we need to somehow assist them, but I cannot think of a foolproof way to do it. With politics and industry as they are today, we can't accept less than foolproof!

I hope you have noticed all the pictures of the polar bears are jut pictures of polar bears. They are not stranded or dying, it's how you manipulate your information to make people think they are drowning or stranded. A bear on ice is not stranded, it is resting or playing, it will just jump off when it is ready and swim again. the one with the mom and baby is the one Al Gore used in his movie. the funny part is the photographer that took the picture knew they were playing, but Gore used it with someone else's permission. The bear coming out of the water is only that, a bear coming out of the water. Unfortunately for their cause the AGW crowd and media uses as much propaganda and misinformation as any military war effort. it's a shame they corrupt science in this a way. I hope you can learn something from this experience.

umm isnt it a good thing that there are only 3 polar bears at your zoo, why would you want to lock up more poor polar bears in a cage or compound for humans to stare at. I think they would rather be out in the arctic.

Polar Bears live in the Arctic. Other end of the globe. And it's not land they're losing, it's sheet ice that covers the ocean and lets them hunt seals.
