Prenatal vitamins are designed for women undergoing the stress of growing a child. There are many vitamins and minerals that if taken in excess can have adverse affects on a normal individual!
There is a specialised shampoo, conditioner and supplement set called FAST (Fortified Amino Scalp Therapy) that can increase the rate of hair growth by up to 45%.
FAST contains all the nutrients necesssary to encourage strong, healthy hair growth.
Most users are really happy with the results and also enjoy fabulously well conditioned hair.

The most original , Best tip for this which we always give out in work is a regular trim even if its just the dead hairs off i recommend every 4 weeks maximum in between cuts.
People dont actually realise leaving your hair to grow make the dead ends split eventually up to the root this then stops the hairs growth rate so it takes ages to grow your hair it also is why you have hairs in your brush after brushing as it splits to the root the hair is too weak ans snaps off.
Honestly a regular trim is the only mthod i know with 100% growth rate success

Prenatel vitamins won't make your hair grow faster.. it might help your hair stay healthier but see the info from the article below..
"In short, no pun intended, you can't. Putting pregnancy and illness aside, hair pretty much grows at a maximum rate of half an inch per month no matter what you do. A little faster in the summer than in the winter"

Apparently Norurkin is an excellent tablet to aid women's hair growth. Cheryl Baker has used it and they have a before and after section on their website (see link below).
However you should make sure you are having a balanced diet, drinking plenty of drink and have fresh fruit and veg in your daily diet as well as taking these tablets.
There maybe a medical reason for hair loss, so you should have a chat to your doctor about it and see what they say about Nourkrin and other products on the market.

I asked the same questions in a health food shop and they suggested that I take sea kelp 30 mgs, 2 tablets a day. It was cheap but I have only been taking it for 2 weeks so couldn't really tell you if it works. Worth a try though.
