I have blonde hair. need a solution for getting iron out of hair?

Try plain vinegar. It stinks but it works.

I am not sure how well this is "tested" to work. And I am pretty sure it doesn't claim to work for getting iron out of hair. But I used horse tails, which is a horse shampoo but you can usually find it with people shampoo.....it worked wonders and got my hair back to normal.
