SBS 2003 has this really nice feature called Remote Web Workplace that allows people to remote into servers and desktops through a web-based interface. However, it appears to be an SBS only solution. Is there a similar solution for the Standard and Enterprise editions of Windows Server?

Unfortunately not. You'd have to get a 3rd party product or develop your own, probably using IIS and sharepoint.

Danuitti is robust. All you will desire to understand with regard to the homestead windows 2003 information superhighway server is which you probable should not be utilising it. homestead windows is in simple terms too insecure to be a stable server OS. (certainly, this is relatively too insecure to be a stable OS for *something*, IMHO.)
