If I take a Centrum MultiVitamin everyday - will that cancel out the effectiveness of my Ortho-Tricyclin birth control pill?

No. Antibiotics will often cancel out the pill, but you should take a multivitamin. I take ortho-tricylin and my doctor has told me that I should take a multivitamin every day.

No, I take the same pill. It's doesn't effect the pill. Your pill pack has a resource phone number inside the paperwork for the pills that is very helpful for all your questions on the pill.

I would say no but your best bet is ask your pharmasist,they have books with answers on all of that stuff,they will also be able to tell you what meds and vitimans you can take together and what the risk factors are.Good luck

no i dont think so. but just to be sure i would take them at least 2 hours apart. sometimes some vitamins can affect the absorption of other drugs. also, consult your doctor.
