I have downloaded ''nero 7'' free download,but i am asked to put in a ref number.Can some one please help.

nero is NOT free you have a trial version it will work with limitations it may only burn the first 2 mins or something untill you purchase a key

I would suggest you ignore that instruction if you can. It will then give you a fairly comprehensive service on a 30 day trial. I know I`ve done it
