It is normal if !But if you think that you are shedding more hair than this it may be because you are using too many appliances on then causing the hair to weaken if you are a regular user of hairdryer or straighteners then cut back I used the hairdryer every two days and then i used the straighteners whether it was to straighten my fringe or my full hair! Now i never use a hair dryer because it ruins my hair and i only use the straighteners three times a week, make sure you deep condition once a week!, if you need any more advice then book an appointment with a doctor!!! good luck xxx

Don't Worry. Nothing is wrong, i read somewhere that the average person loses around 100 strands a day. Everytime i brush my hair i have alot of hair falling out. It really is nothing to worry about :)

The human head actually loses hundreds, if not thousands, strands of hair everyday. I find the longer my hair gets, the easier it comes out when I brush or blow-dry. Health and diet also play a big part in the composition of your scalp and hair, so if you have a poor diet, the worse your hair and skin are going to look.

Everyone loses hair each day. If you are suddenly losing a lot more than you normally do you should see a doctor. It could be a vitamin deficiency. But it is normal to lose like 100 hairs per day. If you hair is coming out in patches or clumps you definitely need to see a doctor. Bad diet can cause this (like anorexia) or different drugs.

It's probably nothing at all. It is completley normal to lose hair and every once in a while the amount you lose increases for a couple of days. Just make sure your eating heathily and if you want just go to wal-mart and pick up a bottle of hair vitamins (they're just for hair), they will help a lot and they only cost like $4.00.

Possibly/probably nothing. If you are loosing full hair strands. Its normal to shed lots of hair daily. If you notice that it is not shedding but breakage, then you have a problem. Not to worry, this can be corrected. If you are having severe breakage--stop any chemical processing that you may be exposing your hair to. For example, coloring treatments. Start immediately doing deep conditioning treatments. (Keep the curling iron, and blow drying to a minimum.)
If you start to notice thinning/balding patches, seek medical advise. There can be many causes of hair loss. Even stress can cause hair loss.

it happens to all of us, but I sometimes put olive oil on my scalp and go to bed. I wash it out the next morning. I don't heat it up cuz I feel lazy but even if u apply it directly it help strengthen u'r roots.
