Been here for months and not a single answer has come from these "top answerers".
How come?

I mean, people (?) like imacatholic2, with 1619 Best Answers in the R&S section, never seem to be around....wonder why?

They know which people to answer and which people to avoid.
but then there are those that secretly just ask questions and among their own freinds give best answers. too.
Relgious people dont need to answer athiests unless their question is of a religious nature. I skip over most of the absurd ones, and try honestly to answer some of the other religious even muslim people.

that's not true there are a couple of people here on the top answerers list who answer questions such as pangel and zero cool anyway maybe some of them come on late or they are particular about the questions they answer

I have wondered this also. I have several theories:
1) some of them have several yahoo id's and chose their own "best answer"
2) some of them find wierd questions that no one else answered, making them the best (and only) answer.
3) there is a little club of people who vote for each other.

Because this is the religious/spiritual section and every answer given is bound to be controversial in that not everybody is going to agree. Because of this, it is not easy to be a top answerer in this section.

Very Good Question... They probably spam answers on random things so they can get those OR they pay someone

It;s easy, they have gone all the way to the top with nowhere else to go and have lost interest in it, nothing more to gain from that persepective
