A Boil is a Skin Abscess- collect Pus within the deep layer of the Skin.
There are 5 different Types of Boils.
Antibiotics are not helpful.
Main Treatment are Hot packs and the draining (lancing) when ready.This is done by a Dermatologist.Do avoid serious Skin Infections,do not try to open them by yourself.

they are like big pimples, most of the time with no head on it. sometimes they burst on their own others need help. if it gets too big you may need to lance it yourself. keep an eye on it, it can turn in to a staph infection
