if the guy knows the girl is "wet", does he like it?

Of course its better for both the guy and the girl. When the girl is wet thats a sign that she is aroused, so of course a guy will find that a turn on it she is turned on. Also when a guy penetrates he will find it more pleasurable if she is wet cause it will feel better for him and also she feel better than if she was dry. You don't want to cause friction (ouch!).

I'm not a guy, but I think men love it when a girl is 'wet' because it shows she is really hot for him and is into him.

Absolutely! My bf always makes sure I'm that way before we do it and it REALLY turns him on. He knows that the wetter I am, the more turned on I am and that means I cant wait for him to get inside. I cant think of why any guy would like it to be dry- painful for both of you and not as good.
