Get a free catalog from a store with many photos of things, such as Microwave, Radio, TV, Sofa, etc. Read the words to learn new words.
Type a word into 'Google Image Search' (see link) to see a picture. This shows you that you are using the correct word and you understand the word.

Use English often to improve (use English more to be better at it). I would start by watching more English television programs (watch English TV shows). Watching cartoons is a very good way to learn English because the words are usually easier. When you watch television in English, you listen to English with pictures that help. Try to imitate/copy/learn the way people speak on television to improve pronunciation. Read English whenever you can to be better at writing English. Your writing will be similar/close to what you read (sentence structures, use of words, etc) because people learn by imitating or copying others. Good luck.
