Campbell's Minestrone soup is pretty flavorful, very low in calories, and full of vegetables and protein. You might also try Peter Pan Honey Roasted Crunchy Peanut Butter on Reduced Fat Ritz Crackers.

Fruit. No, really. No, I'm not calling you names, this is an actual suggestion! Grapes, apples, bananas, oranges...

I actually have a food dehydrator that I use to make dried fruit with (except the grapes...raisins are pretty cheap) so they keep longer, have the same sweetness, and travel well with no moisture dripping from my lips right when a cute redhead notices me for the first time. Instructions generally come with the dehydrator.

Take some salsa (about 1/2 a cup) and sprinkle some cheese on top of it. Pop it in the microwave and heat it up to dip crackers in. (just until the cheese melts)

My kids like apple slices and peanut butter (low fat/salt).

Grilled cheese with tomato and ham sandwich.

Warm up some tortillas, add some beans, fry in oil and eat with salsa. cook time- less than 5 minutes, good healthy snack.

or take a sub roll, open an avacado, scoop the avacado into the roll and eat. add salt to taste.

Vegetable stix, fruit (apples, oranges, etc.) are always good choices. For a heartier snack with good flavor, try hummus with low fat crackers or pretzels and also tabbouleh.
