Cold, every time i turn on the HOT faucet, cold water pours out, and I have to wait a bit for HOT water to come out.
I can catch a cold faster than getting hot.

If you are asking which water hot or cold has faster molicules, it is hot water, which is why it freezes faster than cold.

Scientifically speaking there is no difference between hot or cold.Both of them is a phenomenon of heat process (heat flow rate),therefore they have the same "fast" which depends on the difference of temperatures of the body and its surroundings.
