What is your O/S?

XP comes with "Microsoft Office Picture Manager" that does really well, like the old MS Photo Editor. Both have really good "auto correct"ing color buttons.

Use photoshop elements. It is the free version of Photoshop. Just go to Adobe's website and look it up.
