What, in this society, is considered evil or bad, are they the same thing?

I think it is useful to make a distinction between bad/sloppy/poor quality/mistaken and evil/malicious/lying/vicious.
There may be overlap, but the first is a result of weakness, the second is purposeful.

if you do some thing bad for goods intention it is good
if you do evil for any intention .. you basically doing evil ..
