Duck "droppings" can pollute the water. Feeding ducks at local park attracts more and more ducks to the point that it's harmful to the water and ground area.

If people keep feeding them, more ducks will come and they will breed and there will be too many ducks. They make a real mess pooping all over the grass and the shore and in the water. Even the migratory species won't migrated because they are being fed.
Feeding pigeons and squirrels can cause similar problems.

They will become dependent on humans feeding them, rather than finding food for themselves. also, it can make them more aggressive towards people in the park. If they see humans that have food, they would be much more likely to go after them to get the food.

Not at the park but I live next to canals and there are loads of ducks there (mallards, I think) and sometimes I feed them. They are very loud birds actually. And they hiss at the joggers when they pass.

The park may already be feeding them something or sometimes people feed them things that are not really good for them that could make them sick or kill them.

Because people feed them cr@p. Bread, chips, and other snack food which is not good for them. They also then become dependent on the food instead of foraging for proper food.
