i have only for spinach...but maybe u can make as the same...
Wilted Spinach Salad
10 to 12 ounces fresh spinach, washed and torn into bit-size pieces
1/4 cup minced red onion
5 to 6 radishes, thinly sliced
2 hard-cooked eggs, 1 chopped, 1 sliced
2 to 4 slices bacon
1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons bacon drippings
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Place prepared spinach in a large bowl. Add onions and radishes. Refrigerate, tightly covered. Fry or microwave bacon until crisp; remove to paper towel and set aside. In a small jar or measuring cup combine drippings with sugar, vinegar, water, salt and pepper. Refrigerate all ingredients until just before serving. When ready to serve, microwave the dressing on HIGH for 30 to 45 seconds, or until mixture boils. Toss the chopped egg with the greens then pour the hot dressing over greens mixture; toss again lightly. Top with sliced egg and crumbled bacon.

Yield: 2 Servings
Ingredients
1/2 head lettuce; torn
2 tb minced onion
3 sl bacon; diced
2 tb vinegar
1/2 ts dry mustard
1 ds garlic salt
3/4 ts sugar
1/8 ts salt
1/8 ts pepper
Instructions
In salad bowl, combine lettuce and onion. Fry bacon until crisp,
pouring off and reserving fat as it cooks. Drain bacon; add to salad bowl.
Return 2 tbsp. fat to skillet; add rest of ingredients. Bring to boil,
stirring constantly. Pour over salad; toss. Serve salad immediately.

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon white sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 head leaf lettuce - rinsed, dried and torn into bite-size pieces
6 green onions with tops, thinly sliced
DIRECTIONS
Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Remove from skillet, crumble and set aside.
To the hot bacon drippings, add the vinegar, lemon juice, sugar and pepper. Stir over medium heat until hot.
In a large bowl, combine the lettuce and green onions. Add the warm dressing and toss to evenly coat. Sprinkle with bacon and serve.

curvy, that bacon grease will only make a fat hog fatter. I suggest using a little extra VIRGIN olive oil and vinagar (douche) for your tossed salad.
I don't want you gaining any more weight baby. daddy's gonna have to put you on a diet.
