Yes. For example, a woman is 80 years old, but she feels as young as if she were 40... Or a woman may be 30, but feel as old as 80. It depends on how many worries and strifes you have had in life, and how much understanding, sympathy or love you have received from the people around and dear to you.

because you could feel a 18 year old, and still you wont be 18 years old, when your like 20 you know?
