Happy b-day in Arabic : Eid Meelad Said عيد ميلاد سعيد
then you can add these expression like best wishes
"kulee sana we enta bekhaire" كل سنه و انت بخير,
and "Inchallah meet sana" انشاء الله مية سنه
or "oqbal mit aam" عقبال المية عام

and if the person is ur love tell him
" kol aam wa enta habibati"كل عام و انت حبيبتي

Kul sana wa inta/i tayeb/a! (masculine/feminine)

Kul sana inti tayeb [ to a guy]

Kul sana inta tayeba [to a gal]

It's actually closer Wish you a Happy Birthday!!!!

Hallambara is also right! Sweet year, and name of the b'day baby is also good.

سَنَه حلوه يا جَميل sana helu ya jamil..........and then you have to add the name of the boy after that

Arabic is not as english, and is more poetic when talked.......so the translation for that is..... Sweet year oh nice.........
