i met this guy that works in a night club he no,s my mum.And my mum no,s his dad there friends.Everytime i go in the club he lets me in free and gives me free drinks he also always says hi.But when his dad and my mum said to him one day do u fancy melissa ( me)he went bright red and said stop it dad.i since went up 2 him and asked him out and asked if he liked me because every one says he is shy. when i asked him if he likes me he gos bright red or when i talk to him.he saidyes but never text me back to arrange to go out .he then text me one day out of the blue saying whos this and that he didnt no whos nomber it was because he put his sim in a new phone then he phone

He sounds very shy and maybe that is part of the reason he acts this way. From what you have written I can tell he finds you attractive, but I do not think he is ready to date right now. It is not personal, but maybe he is just a point in his life where he just wants to be single and get used to being on his own. Give him space and try not to text him anymore. If he texts you then you will know that he likes you for sure. If not, at least you got some free drinks and did not have to pay to get into the night club.

Try not to let this person be the focus of your life. He sees you as "chasing him" and no one likes that feeling. Keep busy, and if he really cares, he will see you as someone to go after, not run from. There may be some interest there, but don't try to make it go further. Live your life, and hopefully, he may want to be in it with you. In the meantime, have fun...and refocus.

I think that you should move on. Apparently when his dad asked him about talking to you it scared him off. If he gets scared off that easily then he's not worth it. If he won't text message or talk to you unless it's general and if you ask him out and he doesn't answer then I say find someone else.

call him and arrange to go out...and dont let him get off the phone till you have plans...or drop by his house one day and be like "come on lets go get coffee or somethin to eat"..and dont let him say no...Good Luck!
