In this case your best resolution will be to make a dedicated dsl jack and filter the rest of the house. This is done by placing a special filter in the Network interface called a NID splitters. You can purchase and install these yourself. Otherwise you can call you DSL provider and they will be able to install this for you (at a charge). Other alternative is to purchase filters that would filter multiple lines. Then all devices on both numbers would need that filter. Depending on how many phones you have in your home, the first option may be cheaper.

Make sure the DSL filter is as close to the devices as possible or at least after your two line splitter. Many DSL filters are only built for one line. Are you sure that the DSL is causing the interference? Try unplugging the DSL and see if the static goes away.
