Hebrews 9:24-26
For Christ is not entered into the holy places made with hands, which are the figures of the true; but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us:
Nor yet that he should offer himself often, as the high priest entereth into the holy place every year with blood of others;
For then must he often have suffered since the foundation of the world: but now once in the end of the world hath he appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself.

Can not think of a specific verse that says Jesus' blood is in heaven on the altar. But if you read Hebrew chapter 9, that is where it talks about the blood of Jesus being better then the earthly sacrifices of bulls and goats. How his blood gives us an eternal salvation. And that he has return to the heavenly temple where he intercedes for us. That he cleanse those things also with his blood. But does not specifically say "his blood is in heaven on the altar". But the idea and teaching is there.

It's found in the book of Bologna.
Bo. 13:69
"He who licks my blood from the alter will be in heaven. For is it not true that I have the power of cocaine flowing through my veins?"
