if you look around, you will see that most drinks have some citric acid in them and tea with lemon is another example of a drink made better by adding a little acidity.

Because it tastes really good?? That's the only way I take my tea. Hot or iced, both have to have lemon. The lemon is a good complement.

it's a personal taste thing, people do it to have the taste of lemons in their tea, obviously. It's a very English thing I think.

It is good to give your liver a little jump start. Lemon helps the liver and it taste good.
