In the state I live in you would not be eligible for a drivers license until age 18. Call the DMV for help. If you have a DUI and don't even have a drivers license yet, I think you might want to get help for your drinking.

I don't think you're eligible to get a license now till you are at least 21 - maybe even longer. I would go to the dmv and ask them how to get your license back. I'm sure your state has a dmv website that you can look up the number to customer service and call.
