We do manifest what we want. What we think about we bring about.
Imagine every morning getting up looking in the mirror and saying I am ao lucky, its going to be a great day. Now imagine looking in the mirror and saying I am such a loser, I can't do anything right.
Over the course of a life does that 15 seconds make a difference on the amount of "want" you may accomplish getting.
We can and do manifest what we want, but know that only love has any value here.

We don't always get what we want, which can be a good thing, as it builds character. Nor do we always get what we deserve, be it positive or negative. As to what we all want, that is subjective based upon who's asked.

We always get what we create, either directly or indirectly. We don't always deserve what we get, and we don't always get what we deserve.(what you believe you deserve is far more important) We all want to be happy.

Neither. It's impossible to always get what you want, nor should you. Disappointment builds character, today we have the "now, now, now" generation that have had everything on a plate from day one and always expect that.
Deserve, well, that's putting a structure on the randomness of life. Sh*t happens, get used to it.
We usually want what we see or what others have.

no one ever gets what they want. To be honest we all deserve death, but through Jesus's blood and the mercy of God we're spared from getting what we deserve.
