First, you determine why you are feeling left out. Your question is a bit vague. Are they excluding you from their activities, or are you just not feeling the love? Are you left out, or are you backing out? When you know where the true fault lies, then address it directly.

Here's the thing. If you're dating someone and your friends aren't, you're friends are already feeling like a third wheel! When people are single all they tend to see is other people in relationships around them. But when they are taken they see all the single people around them. It's a catch 22 situation! Your friends aren't actually feeling left out as you might say. They are feeling that they wish they had someone like you do so you can do a group thing. My suggestion is spend some quality time alone with your friends without the boyfriend in tow. This should resolve any harsh feelings

Talk with them and tell them exactly that...you feel left out. Try writing down what you want to say ahead of time so that you can get a feeling of how to address the situation and their responses.

I'd say, "Excuse me, do you have any reason to keep leaving me out of _________? (fill in the blank)

Or like I always say, "Don't get mad, get even". Find a group of new improved friends. Start hanging out with the new friends, laughing joking around, etc. This will indeed tick off your old friends and make them want to be around you. Then, when they want to get back in YOUR life, tell them, 'Oh, I thought you guys/girls didn't want to hang with me anymore'. (Gets them everytime)

Tell them " I feel left out man!" Maybe you are boring. Make yourself more interesting. Read more. Find interesting people. Volunteer and do good , never mind about your feeling.

I know the feeling. I'm a woman but I don't quite fit into the social hen peckers club either. I don't know quite what to tell ya. Get one good friend?

say it to them can't help the situation.
you need to figure out way to mix in to their conversation and activities. be positive, don't just stand there thinking ppl left you out when you don't try to mix in.
