My husband has been on crutches for several months due to a hip problem that the doctors have been taking their time diagnosing. (They just now ordered a bone scan... sheesh...) One of David's drill sergeants suggested he get a "Fit For Duty" physical. Neither of us know what it is, how it works, what it does, how you get one, anything. Anybody know??

The fit for duty physical is given by the military. If the doctor says that your huband is not fit for duty he may be seperated from the service. If he is fit for duty the doctor might still place some restrictions on him.
