Oh, I feel so bad for you. I took this guys virginity once and the first time he tried the same thing happened to him. He felt awful even though I was telling him that it was okay.
Next time you try, just relax and have fun. Don't think too much about it and it will all work out. Also, try "playing" a little bit more before you actually try to have sex. That will get you worked up and ready for it. The longer you and your girlfriend play, the better it will be. Trust me.

yes the problem was that you were just way too nervous. This is a sign that you need to wait a while longer before losing your virginity. When you are really ready you wont be as nervous and it will work out better for you.
