first off what kind of flat iron are you using??? the best ones for really curly hair is the oven irons... you can also use Silk Elements they are GREAT! make sure you blow dry it straight then go at it with the flat iron I did my cousins hair and she had it staright for like 3 days... if anything email me... bellajay9@yahoo.com!

Leave it curly! I have curly hair and I used to straighten it and then everyone started telling me that they liked my hair better curly and once I started leaving it curly again I had so many guys flirting with me that I never had when I had straight hair! Guys like it trust me!

Go out and get a sensitive scalp hair relaxer. This thing works wonders, I use it myself. It keeps your hair straight for up to 2 months. You can also use an Ion hair straightener after you apply the relaxer, if you want your hair pin straight.

I don't think you can. Make sure you're using the correct styling products for the type of hair you have AND the style you want to achieve.

Good luck! :)

Embrace your curls, poker straight hair sucks. Especially if you can tell that it has been "flattened."

Does anyone remember hair crimpers?!?
