The word your'e looking for is "ejaculate" though there are a few slang terms that would have worked too. the answser is, it can be "bad"! Some semen comes out diring sex berfore the guy climaxes, and YES you can build a baby that way... as well as catch or transmit an STD.

Can be very bad. Remember, it only takes ONE out of 300 million sperm to get to her egg. ANYTIME the penis is in contact with her private part, she is susceptible to pregnancy.
Call your doctor and see about getting Plan B, the morning after pill, ASAP.
