Make her a nice romantic dinner. Get a bottle of wine, light candles, and maybe pick up a good movie.
If you two are "further" in your relationship this always works for me:
when she comes over have a nice warm bubble bath drawn. You can even spread flower petal in the bath for a nice effect.

Jus give her gifts on special ocassions n be the 1st 1 2 wish her.N try 2 remain close 2 her parents.Try 2 help her to solve her problems n the main thing is don't give much attention to others other then her.1st of all try 2 be her closest friend n don't use fake 2 win her heart or else if she comes 2 no the truth later u r gonna loose even her friendship.....

Girls likes Chocolates are Roses the Most.
Girls even Likes Soft surprises. Like small Gifts.
If you wanna buy something in less budget as you mentioned you can buy A small gift near to Rs.50/- to Rs.70/- Like Angle's Statue It usually works.
Buy One Rose For her Start with yellow one Which means friends or Orange which means BEst friend. make a Small boo key of Rs.10/- or 20/-
May be you can buy cards for her but mind well Girls like hand written cards more then printed one try to write all your Feeling on that CArds you may take help form other cards but do not copy all.
It will definitely work hunk. But one thing Don't ever dare to hurt that girl otherwise you have to suffer pal.

Wherever you go to school, find someplace that would be romantic to take her that you two could make a day of. To women, romantic is thinking outside of the box, so to speak, thinking of doing things that your ordinary guy wouldn't think of. If you live near the coast, you could walk down the beach and talk and collect shells, or if you live in the mountains, you could maybe go on a hike if she is athletic or just drive around and stop and scenic points. In the city you could take her to a coffeehouse or a museum or one of those make your own ceramic stores or maybe to go check out a local band. You don't have to buy her anything, what women love most is to spend time with their men, but in such a way that it isn't routine and boring, like sitting on the couch watching TV all day. Take her out and be creative.

Very few things,
1) Be simple and dont immitate anyone or anything.
2) Be Straight forward
3) Be confident on what you say and what you do
4) Show her you care about her
5) Try to spend some time with her but only as a friend.
Follow these and trust me if she isn't committed to anyone then she'll definitely be in love with you.

send her on a mini scavenger hunt that leads to dinner or something she loves. leave the scavenger hunt notes in simple places for her to find with little love quotes and a clue. you can be creative and make the clue rhyme. She will love it because you will be on her mind all day, she will be in great anticipation as to what is to come, and she can keep the little notes to remember the special night.
i did this for my boyfriend out of the blue. he loved it and still has the notes to this day!

Fill the tub with with bubbles, place candles and flowers around the room, have this ready when she returns home from school or work. Sure to put a smile on her face.

Write her a letter telling her all of the reasons why you love her. My ex did this for me and even though we arent together I still have the letter and it always makes me feel special.
