Lemon juice and then put them in a small ziplock bag and force all of the air out of it. The brown is from a reaction with the apples and the ambient air.

Store them in a bowl of cold water and a little salt.Or you can put them in zip-lock bag and squeeze some lemon juice on them and then shake the bag.Hope this helps....

Spritz them with lemon juice. I've heard you can dip them in sprite as well. No idea how that works since I have not tried that, but the lemon juice works.

soak them in sprite. Might not sound like it would work, but it does. Apples will keep for hours and hours like this especially if refridgerated. I use this all the time at the restaurant that I work at and we can even use the apples the next day.

soak them in water and lemon juice mixture... keep in fridge until ready to use. This will keep them crisp and they will not turn brown.
