For Making Credit Card u should have following documrnt.
1....Adress Proof/ID Proof
2....Income Proof
3....PAN Card
4.....ur residence should not be in negative area
u can application for credit card on net by surfing various bank's official web site.
like..www.icicibank.com
u open that site and apply online...bank executive will meet u in 24 hrs and collect all required doct.

Dont know how to make a credit card in India but in america to get ure first card I took classes and got a debit and credit card form a credit union bank

It is very easy to apply credit card now.
a) You can go and stand in front of any ICICI Bank or Standard Charted Bank. With in 10 minutes their representative will come and ask you weather you need Credit Card / Home Loan / Personal Loan / Insurance etc.
b) Or you can call 9840877766, spent at least 10 minutes and select the Credit card option. Ask the customer care personal for credit card. The rep. will come to your home.
c) Log in to the internet you can choose any bank site, register yourself for credit card.
d) In the final stage, if you don't find, pl. send a mail to me with your city, area and contact number. Hope I can help you.

for applying for credit card u need to have a bank account and you must carry a valid passport or valid driving license. Well a valid passport will do eyerything and your bank account must be heavy enough so that it can meet the minimum balance required for applying for credit card

Which Bank cr.card do you want.....Decide & log into their website....give details asked there....that's all.....you will be chased by the Bank officials soon.......& cr.card will be issued soon....
