well you can do your 4 year degree and get comissioned in a related field. I'm in the reserves and there are several options availible to me(E-4 Medic Army Reserves):
I can comission with 2 years of college, as long as i get my bachelors before i make captain

If I complete all the prerequisites I can go to the 2 year army physicians assistant school, graduate with a masters degree and be comissioned after I do my clinicals(then return to my reserve unit)

I've thought about west point but that is a 9 year active duty commitment, its definately a career army kind of move. My reinlistment NCO says if I want to get comissioned and stay in my hospital unit I would be a LT in Med Support, but I could change my unit and be like, a chemical corps officer if I get my Chemistry degree and want to do that.
Right now I'm leaning towards not getting my comission though since you become indefinate. The P.A. school is tempting though since I only need 1 more class and I would get picked up really easily.

You can become an Army Office by a direct commission. That would be the one that you are missing. A direct commission is given to people that have a special skill set needed by the Army. I received a direct commission so I should know. They are usually doctors, lawyers, dentists and clegy.

All of the other answers are correct. There is also the old "Interservice Transfer" where you go from one branch of the military to another. You will generally lose some rank but you will not drop from an O to an E. I don't know why you'd want to but I've seen it done.
