Well I wanted to do ROTC but I graduated college in December. I am also planning on doing an online school for graduate school.

My only other option is OCS (Officer training School),

Am I able to replace my AIT with a OCS? I really don't want my MOS anyways I was kind of just put in it.

92 Fox, petroleum specialist. I want a job that will give me some some experience that I can use.

I want to become a Medical service officer, in clinical psychology.

any suggestions? or anyone know about this?

And yes, I have been to MEPS already and was sworn in.

You're probably out of luck. There's no incentive for anyone to change your contract at this point. You passed that time when you were sworn in.

The best thing for you to do is to go to AIT, graduate, and as soon as you get to your first duty station go see the retention NCO about reenlisting for OCS.

How did you just get "put in" an MOS? Last I heard it was your choice and you had to sign off on it. You should have signed up to be a medic or something.
As for your question, I have never heard of someone substituting AIT for OCS. But it wouldn't matter regardless. You could do your AIT and then go OCS. They don't have Petroleum Specialist officers. You would be put in a broader field, like Quartermaster or Logistics or whatever Petroleum Specialists fall under.

Ouch, I am sorry to say that you have a difficult road ahead of you. For now you are stuck as a 92F, by the way it's Foxtrot not just Fox, a friendly FYI.

You will need to prove yourself in boot camp and AIT. The ones who rise to the top are offered OCS. Good luck!

AIT and OCS are nothing alike. OCS is Basic for Officers. AIT is specific training in your field. You cannot substitute one for the other.

It's a different enlistment process. you'd have to void your current contract and enlist to go to OCS.
